Full Event Day Rental at Henry Hill Farm

“The Barn” at Henry Hill Farm Realty (HHFR) Site Rental Package Includes:

  • Exclusive use of the Barn from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. (longer hours available)
  • Magnificent 1902 timber-frame barn, two floors, two decks, and selected outdoor areas around barn
  • 10 acres of landscaped grounds, fields, and gardens (of the 75-acre farm and homestead)
  • Event/Guest Suites for changing during event but no overnight stay included in base fee
  • Barn and decks overlook streams, ponds and waterfall
  • Up to 2 hours wedding rehearsal and set up time prior to the ceremony date, coordinated with other events
  • Pre-event coordination and planning for set-up and vendor recommendations
  • Pre-event visit for family, photographer, caterer, other vendors for planning
  • Chairs and tables for 160 persons inside the barn, and can accommodate up to 200 persons including first floor deck or up to 250 persons with tent added for additional charges
  • Standard Table Linens: White, round linens (special linens can be provided at an additional charge)
  • Mason jar centerpieces with clear glass gems for tea lights or boutiques, antique lamps, antique gift display, and coolers for icing down beverages
  • White lights on timber posts and inside barn timbers and lights on outside decks
  • Three Indoor restrooms for smaller sized events and weddings
  • Large Recreational lounge for guests including pool table and large screen satellite flat screen TV
  • Outdoor Porta-Toilets with sinks, running water, hand dryers and other amenities for larger events with several options available for an additional fee
  • Outside wood fire boxs, stoves and interior wood stove
  • On-site parking for guests and vendors including over flow parking areas for larger trucks or buses
  • Photographs can be taken throughout farm including in the barn and barnyard, and also the farmhouse grounds, other buildings, and adjacent tree fields and ponds
  • Trash and recycling receptacles and removal following the event
  • Staff member on-site during event for assistance with facility and coordination with vendors
  • Farm grown flowers and fall seasonal pumpkins, gourds and cornstalks

Full Day Rental Fee: $6,500 *

* Rental fee is for the entire barn assuming a booking of 150 to 200 people for the entire day/evening mid season. Rate increase duiring peak season.
